However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or request a refund for your purchase. This page outlines our policy regarding returns and refunds to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our valued customers.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact us. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence such as photographs. Our team will guide you through the return process

Once your return is approved, please securely package the item and include the return authorisation number on the package. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item reaches us safely.

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the item is deemed eligible for a return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds

If you believe that you are entitled to a refund for a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence such as photographs. 

We will assess the situation and may request additional information or evidence to process your refund. If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Should your item(s) be badly damaged, we recommend that you do not accept these from the courier

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, we kindly ask that you follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
